What Is This Solarcade?

My name is Michael Cook, I live in Portland OR and I'm in the process of designing a solar powered arcade cabinet and a collection of solar themed games to go along with it.

Why?

Because it would be awesome! No quarters, and you can play all day! But It's also my own little way to spread the knowledge of solar energy, its amazing potential, and its importance in our future. It's definitely not an excuse for me to spend all my time making and playing video games!

So it's still in the design phase, but it's coming! Most hopefully during summer 09. The site will be updated as I progress with both the cabinet and the games for it.
